How to Register
Payment must accompany registration. Registrations will not be processed until full payment—or a copy of a purchase order (PO)—is received. Only U.S. dollars are accepted. To be valid, POs must be paid before the cancellation deadline. Phone or fax registrations are not accepted.

Group Registration (10+ participants)
AGA can create a single invoice for 10 or more participants, payable by credit card, PO/SF-182, ACH, or check.
For government organizations
- Download and complete the Group Registration Spreadsheet (list all attendee details).
- Email the spreadsheet to meetings@agacgfm.org.
- AGA will confirm the total based on each registrant’s AGA membership status.
- To pay by PO/SF-182 or check, email meetings@agacgfm.org and attach the PO/SF-182 showing the confirmed total. AGA will invoice per the PO/SF-182 billing instructions.
- For credit card group payments, AGA will call the cardholder to process.
Important:
- The requester will be copied on all communications.
- Group registrations are not processed until the PO/SF-182 or check number is received.
- AGA does not accept group registration requests by phone, U.S. mail, or fax.
Transfers, Cancellations & Refunds
Transfers & Substitutions
Refer to the full substitution/transfer policy. Transfers/substitutions are allowed only for registrations paid by credit card and are processed after any administrative fees and fee differences (if applicable) are paid by credit card.
Refunds
No refunds are permitted for PO/SF-182 payments.
Cancellations
Cancellations are not allowed for registrations submitted with a PO/SF-182.
Registration Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation email when your registration is complete—please check your junk/spam folders. You can also verify your registration by logging in to My AGA and selecting My Upcoming Events.
A second email with event details will be sent:
- In-person attendees: approximately two weeks before the event
- Virtual attendees: approximately one week before the event
Cancellation & Refund Deadline
Refunds (less a $100 processing fee per registrant) are granted for written requests received by July 10, 2026. No refunds after that date. No-shows are responsible for full payment.
Substitution Policy
In-person → In-person
If you can no longer attend in person, you may designate another person to take your place. Email a completed registration form for the new attendee to meetings@agacgfm.org by 5:00 p.m. ET on July 10, 2026. In the payment section, indicate the name of the attendee being replaced.
After July 10, 2026, a $100 processing fee applies. AGA membership status is not transferable; additional fees may apply based on the replacement’s status.
Virtual → Virtual
If you can no longer attend virtually, you may designate another person. Submit a written request to meetings@agacgfm.org by 5:00 p.m. ET on July 10, 2026.

You may switch to virtual participation at no cost until 5:00 p.m. ET on July 10, 2026. Email meetings@agacgfm.org (phone requests are not accepted).

Methods of Attendance
AGA’s 2026 Professional Development Training offers in-person or virtual registration. One-day or split registrations (e.g., one day in person and one day virtual) are not available.
Virtual Attendee Access
You will receive an email from support@digitellinc.com with PDT ’26 login instructions. You must use this email to access sessions. Check your junk/spam folders. After receipt, please test your connection on the device you will use for the training.
