When and where will the training be held?

AGA’s Professional Development Training (PDT) will take place July 21-23, 2026. PDT will be taking place in person in Washington, D.C., but can also be attended virtually.

I’m attending virtually for the first time. What should I expect?

A week before the event, registrants will receive a Know Before You Attend email that includes helpful details such as the agenda and available session handouts.

You’ll also receive a second email from AGA Support (support@digitellinc.com) with your login credentials and instructions to access the virtual platform. Daily reminder emails will be sent during the training.

Important: You must use the access link from AGA Support to enter sessions. If you don’t see it in your inbox, check your spam/junk folder. Once received, test your connection using the device you’ll use for the event.
